1. When you need help, press your HALO Help Button.
2. Your medical alarm unit automatically dials the 24 hour HALO monitoring center.
3. Trained professionals will speak with you through the alarm panel to identify the type of help needed.
If you are unable to speak or cannot be heard, the HALO operator will immediately send help – either a family member, neighbor, or emergency responders depending on how you choose to set up the account.
Our HALO customer service team will ask for a list of responders and their phone numbers to create your personal responder list.
